John completed illustrating "Mr. Mehan's Mildly Amusing Mythical Mammals" in the summer of 2018 - A rich collaboration between John and his good friend, Dr. Matthew Mehan, the book combines witty and zany poems with eye-catching, gorgeous oil paintings and pen and ink drawings from John to create what both friends trust will be an enduring children's classic.
